Heard a hissing earlier, had a look and there's orange from the rad cap

Tightened the head bolts a bit, but it's still pressurising.

I know it could be the Head gasket, or warped head but is there anything else I should look for?

Going to do a compression test before I lift the head, just to check, but I guess that's pretty trivial

Also, I assume it'll be OK to drive as long as I loosen the rad cap every time I park, to stop water going in the cylinders.
