No worries for the flyer, good to see you signed up.
Your best bet for the FMIC is the manifold and some of the piping off a 406 TD then a cheap universal intercooler off ebay and a few silicone hoses.
Theres some guides about FMICs in the guides section and plenty of projects with FMICs for you to get ideas from in the projects section.
