Sweet il post the diet im sticking to with examples of what i eat and the day program so if anyone wants to try the diet they can do
This was 2 weeks ago before started diet properly

and this took yesterday after losing 8 lbs in a week

Still keeping the training pretty much the same staying heavy to keep as much size as poss but mainly tricking the body with protien/carb/fat level intake on different days have it all written at home so will post soon
