You can just get a set from a scrappies and try again, they're not coded and they're pretty easy to change... You can just give it a go, there's some scrappies near me with a load of HDis in, I can get you a set if you want, the scrappies are properly cheap, so shouldn't be that expensive...

How sure are you that it's only one that's rattling..? Only ask because i thought the same when i first got mine, and although replacing the one did make a slight difference it wasn't enough to satisfy me.

I'm trawling scrappies and eBay for all 4 to see if it makes a difference as me being me its just irritating and I dont want the noise :-( may cost me abit but gsf said 110 each if I bring my old units in to for swap which I don't think is too bad for brand new items !!! :-)

For new bosch injectors...? Think you'll be looking at a bit more than that, last time i checked it was well into four figures. Could be refurbed items they're selling i guess...?

They were new boxed 110 each and an 85 pound surcharge but I get that back if I bring my old units it for exchange

They won't be brand new ones at that price mate, as Poodle said, they'll definitely be refurbed ones.
