Bloke is now kicking off, he rekon the second mechanic that viewed the car AFTER he's payed collected and sighed the paper work. Says its dangerous cos the drive shafts have been welded, but they hollow tube sleaved with 20mm solid rod and welded, so a lot stronger. And says he wants his money back, so bros gonna say 500 quid if he brings it back, he had a mechanic view it before it ended and was sold as seen, grrrr pure cheaky

deffo man, i wouldn't drop the price any more at all. he had a mechanic look over it, he was happy enough to sign and pay for it, if he still doesnt want it, then offer a full refund with the car. i wouldnt let him keep it for a lesser price to be honest. sounds like he's just trying it on. ebay will be on your side too.

well got another phonecall from him, and his mum,
they offered to bring it back for £1600
then when my bro said no they said they would take us to trading standards :S oh and ebay (even thou it didnt sell through them)
for selling a car that wasnt fit for the road
YET it was sold with a valid MOT !!
so we wait to hear again lol but i think bro is just going to ignore them

I bought a boat for £500 and it was complete shit but because i didnt see the rot in the wood we couldnt get any money back as it was cash on collection. We eventually did get an offer of £250 back if i removed the shit i posted on the internet about the guy. We decided to leave the posts saying he was a wanker and not to take the money!

he knew it was shit and I later found out that he is a sailing teacher at a school. Needless to say i spoke to the right people at the sailing event i was sailing at and found out he was a dick and they had words!
