not sure this helps but i just always do them up kin tight with a breaker bar, always ok, tend to nip them a bit tighter than wheel bolts, yes, yes, i'm a pikey lol
Phase 1 D-Turdo, K14@24 psi, De-cat, meaty backbox, Bosch pump, grinded LDA pin, duel air fed K&N =133.7bhp & 188ft/lbs
