Really struggling to find out what's wrong with my 106, if you listen carefully to the video you can hear really lumpy revving. Will changing spark plugs help this? Or is it something else

I was thinking that but wouldn't that just effect the idle? It idles fine and holds revs fine it's when you slowly apply the throttle or on and off Rev it it makes a weird noise.
