Oil in expansion tank

Hey guys I have oil in my expansion tank, the temperature has not been effected in any way and the car runs perfectly but I'm unsure why there is oil in there. Could the sandwich plate be knackered and mixing the oil and water together?

That is possible, only one way to find out
Phase 1 D-Turdo, K14@24 psi, De-cat, meaty backbox, Bosch pump, grinded LDA pin, duel air fed K&N =133.7bhp & 188ft/lbs
