Anyone on here or knows of reliable person that can rebuild and replace the seals on these Bosch pumps?

Have a look at this guide - http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/ve-inj...17456.html - and consider doing it yourself. Could learn a lot about how they work in the process!

I've just rebuild mine due to a leaking main shaft seal. Bought the kit from Darwen diesels which was aboot 16quid I think. The guide above is very good, some bits here too - www.eastment.net/index.htm
Plenty of rags and cleaning gubbins, plus a DECENT torx bit set/ socket set and measuring device ie digital caliper.

I want to buy another one to rebuild soon and 11mm. Then put my one on other halves car so I should be able to make use of a few guides on here
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger

TBH most of the seals are a certain shape/size/material so it's easy enough to identify the new'un against the old'un. I am still tweaking the pump as I put it on an XUD11 engine, it ain't pissing WVO out so it's all good
