My first thread in this section.
Began to replace the fuel tank on the track Rallye tonight ... I didn't finish of course as I am indeed, useless. The car is now just causing an obstruction to everyone.
 ![[Image: 20140704_142446.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140704_142446.jpg)
I did however fit my newly refurbished clones to the Road Rallye, I'm impressed!
 ![[Image: 20140704_184416.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140704_184416.jpg)
Also had a nice visit from Mr. & Mrs. Puglove. Good Stuff!
 ![[Image: 20140704_190207.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140704_190207.jpg)
Anyway. Enough forum stuff, I'm off to the pub!

I'll probably just keep this as a rolling thread.
Anyway, here's a few of today's:

This guy arrived to take my Rallye away on a top secret mission
Quite a majestic sight seeing a few of the best pugs put together.
 ![[Image: 20140708_133229.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140708_133229.jpg) ![[Image: 20140708_134203.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140708_134203.jpg)
After that, I gave my Black one a clean up and fitted the 1.2's on. It scrubbed up rather well I think.
 ![[Image: 20140708_140320.jpg]](http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd375/pebbles167/20140708_140320.jpg)
More to come when something changes!

Unknown, They just wanted it. All I know is that the paperwork I have signed and the brief talks I have had, mean its unlikely to be driven hard. Its not the star of the feature. To speculate I think there will be some sort of walkthrough talkthrough over the hot peugeots of the last 30 years. This will coincide with the 30th anniversary of the 205 Gti, and/or coincide with Peugeots return to making cars for keen drivers.
We will see. They usually film throughout the year, for compilation and production in the fall.

They are not paying me, I love top gear, always have. Feel quite privileged to be given the chance to immortalize the Rallye, even if its only for a few shots.

Cant imagine they would do anything to hurt it. The Gti6 was hailed as one of the all time ultimate hot hatches, and a piece of Peugeot history.
Had the car I owned been a morris marina and was wanted for use on the show, I would not have been lending it to them!

Ta Foob, look forward to seeing the broadcast
They spotted some pictures of it on both here and the Gti6 forum. They got in contact with the previous owner (I assume the last thread they checked had a picture whilst in his possession) The previous owner was nice enough to contact me and give me BBC details, and it went on from there.

I spoke to a member of the production office and said that "it goes best flying round the track" He laughed, but I don't think they intend to drive it much, just statics probably.

Still. Pretty cool

I know, I feel like I have let the side down I really need some stickers. Hopefully some will get brought to pugfest.

What's that about the steering wheel? It doesn't need to be removed?! I'VE WASTED MY AFTERNOON!

Haha, in all honesty I cant get in/out without it off!

A lad I was at school with does some driving on TG, as well as some of the driving sequences in the films Rush and The Sweeney...The closest I've ever got was when I worked for BAE Systems and flew in there for a meeting from my site up north before they closed it down and moved out.
