GTI6 MOT time

After our epic trip to germany and back totaling 1300 miles ending on monday the GTI6 is now straight in for MOT
no checks, and its going for a propper mot not the garrenteed type
its just been picked up sooo what do you think?

Mine also in for mot at 10.30am hopefully last time I see this mot station!

well the verdict is in, the cars back on the drive!

It Passed with not a single advisory
the emmissions passed with flying colours

the mot tester made a comment
"Its like new"

So what you're saying is, if a '6 fails an emission test, drive it to Germany, thrash it round the ring, drive it back, then put into a retest?

Seems reasonable to me. But at ~£1300 for the trip, could just buy a new car
