EA Meet 11/03/12

I'll copy the info in an hour or so as I'm on my tablet. Is set to be a good meet with lots of cars and driving from Ipswich to Norfolk for pub dinner :-)

Right then, had a lot of people bugging me to sort out a local meet. Not sure why me but hey ho!

Date: Sunday 11th March
Time: Meet at 1.30pm
Start Location: Behind King Pin bowling in Martlesham, Ipswich.
Places we may stop at are: Aldeburgh, Southworld, Great Yarmouth, Norwich area

Plan: Start early afternoon, heading north up the east coast stopping now and then at good locations for photo's, chat and banter! As the evening kicks in, likely to go for a carvery meal around the Norwich area. IIRC £3.95 for all you can eat carvery! Plans and decisions may change so make sure your at the meet location and on time!

Its an everything meet as most of the EA meets are! So there will be some dervs and 1.8s and... a golf... and maybe a bora hhh:

Its now SORN and having major work done (over a long time) to turn it into a full track car.

The new tax laws means keeping and insuring two cars (if its taxed it has to be insured) a little expensive so decided to tow the Rallye to trackdays instead of drive it. Im only going to break it some time soon anyway and will be stuffed driving it home.

Should be really good by the looks of it! Depending on how much fuel I have, Il either meet at yarmouth, or just tag along as you come past Acle (driving from yarmouth to Norwich)
