I've got a 1.8 petrol and looking for a decat and straight pipe,
Question is do I have to get one for a 1.8 or will any fit? Surely it would be the same from mani back?
Checking before I splash out buying one for it not to fit
Cheers

I think all 306 hatchbacks, have the same cat back exhaust. But the decat pipes do vary because the manifolds are different across the different models.

Doesnt even own a 306.

If you have a 1.8 16v you could put on the gti6 inlet and exhaust manifolds? The use a gti6 decat and exhaust...

Magnex, scorpion, longlife, jetex are all good choices if you go for a gti6 manifold and decat/cat.

Had a custom exhaust made today, was supposed to be decating it too but the garage decided they couldn't,
Had a stainless at back on it though and my omp back box and sounds nice and raspy, still looking for a decat pipe though, why are petrol ones so much more expensive lol
