		Depends on the cat contents tbf, not just the size. 
	
	
	
Mine would never give that much for an aftermarket one though! Think I got a fiver each for the ones from the HDi's. £40 for the gen cat from the Golf which was full of oil....

		Aftermarket cats do go as low as a few quid,and it does look aftermarket unfortunately, i know hdi cats fitted to certain models, IF taken to a facility that deal with the precious metal extraction them selves can pick up top doller. Trust me i took a few to EMR by me, they fall in the exotic category and 18 months ago were fetching 250.
