Wanted: exhaust bits, 2.5inch bends ASAP

Has anyone got any off cuts, spare bits of 2.5" exhaust hanging about??

I need some tight bends in particular, 2x 90degree, 2x 45degree and 60degree

if you got anything like it please post/pm me.

They are about £15/16 EACH new, which is a rip off.

Please help...without them the 2.1 wont be running!

what are folks thought to flexi exhaust pipe?
not used it before...bit skeptical but seems ideal to make into fiddly pipe I need

You wont get any tight bends with flexi , it isn't all that flexi

yeah...90dgr tight bends dont come round often...thought someone may have some bits left over I could buy

lol...I had a similar thought this morning...
but exhuats places want £28 plus vat for just a 2m length of 2.5"

last time I bought a length it was about a tenner!

I have ordered some bends now...well i ordered a section of exhaust in 2,5" that has nearly all the bends I need, for a lot less than them separate.

I noticed that transit exhaust systems, new, are cheap, the old 2.5diesel ones...does anyone know what diameter they are!?...particularly the front down pipe...I would have thought about 2.5" surely?

if not...if anyone has any 2.5" straight pipe...that be ace!

have you been to a scrap metal merchants? I had tons of bits of exhaust, bends and shit and scrapped the lot as having a clearout, one mans treasure is another mans gold. I usually get mine from local metal recyclers, can almost alwats get exactly what size/shape you want and only pay scrap value for it.
