How do I wire in this cross-over?

As far as I'm aware cross-overs take the speaker cable feed from the amp and then send speaker cables to the tweeters and the speakers. I may be wrong though and the markings on my cross-overs don't make sense to me.

what you have there is for just a woofer/bass and a tweeter....
so IN is from your stereo/amp. then WF is for the woofer/bass or big speaker... then the TW- is for negative side of tweeter and then you have a choice of output for the positive side, either as it is or 0db or reduced -3db. that can depend on preference and the tweeter. I think thats all right...but it is early Sunday morning! Wishes for more power...
