So, I managed to get all that done, along with new p bushes, gearbox o ring, decat and turbo boost all in 15 hours.
But I have a slight boost leak around the L bend, and it screams when the turbo kicks in, I kinda like the noise.
Does anyone have any tips for sealing it? It's already had a new gasket. Somehow I don't think copper grease will last!

Did you put in two new gaskets? there's the paper one and the metal o ring thing, mine was making quite the noise when I fmic'd just made up a gasket out of a cereal box and that's mostly fixed it
