Which headlight bulbs for changing everything?

If I want to change everything to, say Philips Blue Vision - main beam, dipped beam, and sidelights - what would I need to buy?

Would something like this this cover me for everything?

No, as far as I can tell that's just a pair of bulbs, enough for just the full beams or dipped beams.

Thanks for the confirmation. Would I need two pairs of the same bulbs to cover both the dipped and main beams?
