iv been diving y car around and i shudders and loses power iv had it happen a few times need help...is it spark plugs???

Give us a bit more of a clue. Is the engine warm or cold when it does it? Started suddenly or gradually? Shudders at idle and idle only or all through the rev range.

sorry my girlfriend was typing ...its when it warm and it suddenly happens then wont do it for awhile then
