i also saw this on eBay the other night i would imagine it sits where ( near) the original and inclosed some kind of k and n type filter and feed of the grill or bumper as for the pipes i presume sum kind of breathers

I think it suposed to do down the side of the rad. Then that pipe stretches out in front of the rad.



The little pipe on the bottom is obviusly a drain off for any water that gets into the box.
