151.7bhp and near as damn it 250 ft/lb torque. not bad atall for a standard 9mm pump. all ive done to that pump is an lda grind and wound the fuel out.
got a base figure to work from now, cracking on with getting the 11mm pump sorted is next on the agenda ![[Image: img007_zpsbcb45764.jpg]](http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/s649/ozonehostile/img007_zpsbcb45764.jpg)

Not bad, you can tell it's got a lot more to give with some extra fuelling up top! It's good to see other's car with bigger turbo's making similar figures, as I was doubting what mine had made with the clutch like it was.

you could do if you have a shit load of money burning a hole in your pocket and alot of engineering know how yes. but realistically the amount of money you would have to spend would be insane, if you want turbo power, buy a dturbo and mod that, far cheaper haha

what is yours making currently max?

when i was actually there stood next to the car on the rollers is sounded like it was been ragged to death, but hearing it back on the video it barely been revved atall.

i reckon with a decent pump and set up 200bhp should be fairly achievable

yeah its a standard 9mm pump with the only change been a ground lda pin and fuel wound out.

i could have gov modded the pump ready for the dyno as i have a shimmed gov at home but i wanted to see what it was making with just a big turbo. pleased as its shown to have a huge potential for improvement now

as you can see it WAS making 175 and climbing till the clutch slipped. In reality it would be more around 170bhp with the pump as it's only a fine tuned 9mm pump.

now thats interesting, i should easily be able to make that kinda power with a gov mod then.
we were also talking yesterday that it might actually make a tiny bit more power with the fuel turned down a tiny bit as it was coaling a fair bit.

Well done, nice job, 152hp, France is often reliable 135hp max, or else there's also this:

It's possible to find heads pump BOSCH 11mm BOSCH on Renault
Megane DTI originally equipped with a fuel pump BOSCH.
But also on the Golf TDI 130cv also equipped with BOSCH, Ford Transit,
 and some Bosch XUD11 original.
It is also possible to mount the pump discharge nozzle of a diesel
Nissan Primera and the pump control.
 But also SAAB T3 9000 + 2.9TD fuel pump.
In the spring of LDA pump diesel original calorstat than 106 species
can replace the original for optimization because it is more flexible
and responsive to the same size characteristics as the original.

It is also like that of France, LoL!

If it's coalling then more fuel isn't going to help you when you put on the big pump... If everything is working correctly at 150hp, it should be clean as a whistle as soon as the turbo even starts spinning...

it was burning clean on full boost, just alot of coal when you lift off, possibly my lda grind could do with a little more fine adjustment

another trip up to see ash23 today, came back with some useful new bits

defiantly in need of a service as the oil is starting to smell a bit old, gonna spend a weekend taking the front end off to change oil, fit new sandwich plate for oil temp/pressure gauge senders, change the rad for a nissens alloy one, coolant change, new fuel filter, fit uprated gear linkages, polish rocker cover and inlet mani, fit locking bonnet pins, fit oil cooler, fit morettes, fit new boost pipes (bought a kit of aluminium pipes and a load of silicon elbows), adjust the intercooler mounts (its not completely straight)and repair the cracks in the bonnet then funds permitting get the bonnet, new rear bumper and damage to the roof sorted and resprayed.

also plan to finish of cleaning the new rear beam and get that on then lower the front to match (going from -40mm to -60mm), get the interior stripped out then fit bucket seats when i get them, need to pick up a set of 16" rims and tyres then i can crack on with fitting the brembos

so yeah, busy month or two getting things sorted then its time to start gaining more power, so hybrid pump, fittting arp headstuds and ordering forged con rods

If i wasnt so paranoid about blowing my newly rebuilt engine i could have turned the boost up and gov modded it ready for the dyno but didnt want to risk it considering the engine hasn't even covered 500 miles running this turbo. the dyno run was good for me as i now know how effective the turbo alone is and have a figure to work from.

got a few things bodywork wise to sort out and general tidying up then il start aiming for the illustrious 200bhp. also just generally drive it for a couple hundred more miles to give everything a chance to bed in properly, then itl be forged rods, forged headbolts, bigger injectors, hybrid pump and winding up the boost and see what happens
but still, im more impressed with the torque than anything else, most people dont see 250ft/lb until the 170-180 bhp mark
