My friends just purchased a Glanza which is more or less completely standard except the exhaust.
Anyone know what the general direction is with these as far as tuning goes?
I imagine its something like:
1) Exhaust
2) Air Filter
3) Engine management
4) Injectors & fuel pump
5) Turbo
6) Forge internals
7) Bigger turbo
To be honest, doesn't feel any quicker then my T25'd XUD. Timed 0-60 in 7.8 seconds.

Exhaust, filter, fuel pump and a remap for the cheap powerz.
When it gets to engine rebuilds to support massive turbo's you have to weigh up the cost of it all.

		Useful, cheers guys.
So he's already got exhaust and filter sorted, next he should be looking at a fuel pump, turbo and remap?
Which td04 do people tend to use? Also I imagine it'll be a walbro pump of some variation?
Are these engines ok on standard internals with the above?
He wants to spend a bit of money but with best bang for buck without having to forge.

Turbo manifold has a restrictor in in the 3rd port i believe so swapping that out will see a fair improvement

They seem to use a smaller td04 than we do from what I saw
Also someone I know was running 330bhp on standard internals iirc but he didn't spend much on it
