buy bits and pieces in then kingy if you know what route your going to take.
i did this with the metro, upgraded the electrics to R100 for it to take rovers later alarm system. so things were more plug in play. maybe even wire in some gauges too, so they are there ready for the new engine etc.

right, just had alittle look into this and ive found out what i would need . thanks to 106 owners club..

1, 1.6 16v engine after 2000. why i dont know.

2, a unlocked 3 pin ecu.

3, a wiring loom for a 3 plug from a 306.

can someone explain a little more for me please.

3 Plug 306 loom is different I'd put money on it, one's a Bosch loom, one's Marelli IAW...

Basically, you'll have to trace wires no matter...

3 plug or single plug, you're going to have to piss about...
