		It's an interference fit bud get a small spanner  6mm or so, pull the rubber back put the spanner on the end metal part, and tap it with a hammer

		I ended up cutting mine out with an angle grinder as the f*ckers wouldn't come out. Calipers were already f*cked anyway as both had snapped nipples.

		Undo behind the handbrake in the car. Will become loose at the back.
