Can't be arsed MOTing the beigemobile so I've been surfing various autoshite hunting grounds like eGay, Autotrader, Pistonheads, Gumtree, Retro Rides for some more old, French crap, and there's hardly anything there...
Like seriously, hardly anything! After spending a few hours trawling through all the above, there's hardly anything under a grand! Got a few prospects, a TD 405, a dodgy looking 1.4 BX and a tidy, low miles Saxo VTR but besides that I'm drawing a blank...
WHO TOOK ALL THE CHEAP CARS! Dum-Dum, I'm looking at you...

I got a 406 HDi for £350 last month. It's a piece of shit but it stops and goes.
Want to buy it?
Saw a few cheap ones on eBay a few months ago too, nearly bought a Volvo estate that ended at £311.

There's a xantia td in Salford on eBay for £430 buy it now 6 months test 4 months road rent.
Or a e300d in Leeds for £1600. Bit pricey but still a beast of a veg bus.

It's in Oldham mate. Tell you what though, if I did buy it I'd need a lift back to Oldham on Saturday or Sunday to collect it, fancy doing the honours for diesel money and some beer tokens? Some great roads over the pennines...

Haha Tom!!! But yeah i know what you mean liam there's nothing. My first car was £100 t&t. Second was £250 t&t then third was £175 t&t. We spent ages finding a cheap car now and I've got a corsa which is half the car my others were for £250 with less t&t. My new dturbo was £300 but its battered mot till next year but no tax.

What pains me more is the fields and fields of cars not scrapped, and unable to be sold on
