In the HDi, it looks like around £400 all in including tyres, food, fuel (incl. at the ring), camping, ferry.

EXCLUDING laps though, as not really sure how many people normally do...

And that's just me on my own, with a passenger would be cheaper...

You may struggle with breakdown cover... all our cars are over 10 years old and apparently that creates issues when abroad.

There's enough of us, we'll just take a shitload of spares, tools and a couple of towing poles between us and it'll be fine!

I'll be looking at the same that's 50 miles gonna be good enough for me and can always get more.

I'd imagine most people will take a spare set of wheels to tear up or just get new ones fitted there.

Might be worth looking at personal accident insurance as if you it the Armco they will sting you for a lot of money!
Make sure you have a European health card too just incase

Also 6/7/8/9 that's friday-monday that track is open all day every day however other weekends in that month the ring is only open in the morning or evening

My car does 45.5 average combined MPG, so say worst case 40 MPG average?

So 980 miles round trip @ 40 MPG & 140p per litre = ~£155...

That sound about right?
