Oil temp sensor location?

As above anyone know where it is?
Want to know if I got a set of gti6 dials, wether I could have a oil temp gauge. Don't want a aftermarket one. They look shite IMO!

generally in the sump if you have one.. i've seen them either as the sump plug or in another plug near it.

Hmmm so probably don't then. Don't ever remember seeing any sensors down that low

i believe the engine in the dimma has a separate one in the sump. The old Xsara VTS engine i had it was the actual sump plug.
