I was paying £700 a month rent for a large 1 bedroom house when i lived on my own but the bills were mega, it was band c council tax for a starters and only had 2 electric radiators for heating. Bedroom was massive mind, about 13ft by 11ft That was just outside London in Stanwell Moor (part of the village is still in a London borough)

Well im currently back with my parents in this house. (poor photos but theyer the only ones I have). Ive lived here since I was 4 bar the year i lived on my own. I'm paying £360pcm on a 2bed semi in Leeds. Will be buying a house next year nearly got the deposit saved up. Not having car has helped loads (2k insurance mot mods ect) reckon I've saved 3-4k a year. Works van ftw!
