Going to be changing the head gasket and the turbo at the weekend on the hdi
Just need a bit of advice from some one who's done this before .
I know the head bolt torque  settings in Haynes is wrong
Is it turbo/exhaust off first and then  carry on with the HG or can you undo  all the head bolts and lift the head/turbo/inlet as one?
Obviously if taking the turbo off, subframe off
Done plenty of he's before, just would appreciate what order things need to be done in to save some time

Pretty sure i've pulled a head off with the manis and turbo still attached before, think i had to drop it off the top mount, i'd get a mate to help you lift it though.

Can't offer any advise sorry but I'd be interested to hear if it's do-able. Good luck!
