Why is it when I switch on my led sidelights my main bulb lights up aswell slightly. Looks bad and it's annoying

Wiring fault?! They shouldnt do!
Ah no, they do on ph1s Dim dip I think its called. I pulled the relay out on my ph1 which does the dim dip, its in the engine bay fuse box 
Wishes for more power...
