Anybody any trick to get the waste gate arm of a T2 back onto the pin after screwing it? Seems to be a right nightmare!

I had a bit of a struggle years ago, included a pry bar and a smashed finger lol, easier to get a mbc

As said, just stick an MBC on it. Makes turning boost up so much easier. As for getting the arm back on, if you pull it a little (from the actuator) you should be able to get it onto the wastegate pin.

Only trouble with not tightening the wastegate arm is you will probably get slight wastegate creep when running high boost pressures with an mbc
