bumper slider bit

Hi had a bit of a bump today. took the bumper off slam panel and that is a little bent but managed to work with it.

in regards for this bit here when the bumper slider is. looks quite badly bent so would struggle to get it to sit straight. is this part easily removed and replaced with a new bit (cant see where its connected) or will i have to bash it straight again?

It's part of the chassis unfortunately, not bolted on. Might be a bit clearer in this pic.
