My girlfriends hdi 2.0 206 when the weather is hot it sometimes loses power and wont rev, then power comes back. And when we stop at the traffic lights the revs rise then go back to normal. Any ideas people

Id say having it checked on the diag would be first thing to do, see if its logging any codes etc!

Is this always when the weather is hot (as in, did it do it last summer), or is it just an intermittent fault that's happened to start along with the nice weather?

It happens every summer wen its hot. Only fault codes it has logged is brake and accelerator peddle pressed at the same time whicj i think is a faulty switch. But no other codes logged
