Central Locking Lights

Hi weird sorta question
Recently changed cars from n reg 306 with no key pad immobilizer to one with

Both are N reg but assuming key pad is older.

My question is why do my lights not flash when unlocked through central locking an also why in old car (no keypad ) is it a clunk noise when unlocks an new one it's more a thud

Sorry if vague question

I'm thinking due to keypad that the car is not deimobillised till code input

My lights don't flash on my ph2, mtfu and deal with it.

As for your doors, one of your cars sounds more like a golf than the other.

they only flash if you have alarm if you just have immobiliser they don't flash strange but true lol
