dash illumination

Short term memory obviousely compromised....even spelling lol. can someone confirm please.......the question please not the memory...unless you are a fellow sufferer.....

With ign on and engine running, is the dash speedo and tacho etc illuminated  ?? It seemed dark yesterday.....seem to remember they are illuminated with engine running.

When side lights etc are turned on, the illumination changes to the level set with the rotory switch by the headlamp level rotory switch.

not pn a 306 but they are on a zx.

no, they're off with lights off

yep mine are only on when the sidelights or more are on.
