Coolant leak from rear of engine

Hi there, my Phase 1 8v 2.0 has been leaking coolant from the rear of the engine bay. I have been having to top it up with approximately 4L daily and it really needs to be sorted what with winter just around the corner..

I can't find the source of the leak but it is on the right hand side at the back of the engine and it is well above where the sump pan, I know this is vague but if anyone has any advice that would be great!
