New rear beam

Hi guys,

Well after driving my car for 4 weeks now I've come to the conclusion she needs a new rear beam.

One side of the car is slightly higher than the other, and it doesn't feel very stable cornering, even at 30 going round a roundabout.

Where could I get a reconditioned rear beam? And what would the cost be?

Stef205 on here does a healthy trade in rebuilt rear beams.

Might be worth checking it's not a dead shock causing one side to sit lower than the other

I'll ask my mechanic to check the shocks when she goes in for her driveshaft seal and brakes.

What price is it roughly for a new Phase 2 rear beam? And can you buy one that lowers the suspension a little?

stef's your best bet, be careful of compainies selling refurbs on ebay as ive heard and seen what they call a refurbed beam

I can sort you with a recon beam if needed. I can set it to your required height and use oem quality parts. As been kindly posted previously check out my thread for my budget builds should you not want to spend a lot.

yes they are on an exhcange basis
