As I found out yesterday my nearside coilovers is pretty fudged,so just seeing what people have as iv got a trackday comming up at the end of the month. 

Not scared of the racelands either but prefer not to lol

bung a new insert in there, or get bilsteins/konis and std or eibach spring.
