hi guys iv a almost complete engine 2.0 hdi which I was gonna strip/sell but im willing to give it to someone for free in exchange for a bit of help changing brakes and front springs, I know it might sound cheeky but to cut a long story short my gf is disabled and shes got to hand her mobility car back until she gets a new one and we need to save the pennies and this gonna be our only transport till after xmas

im having trouble getting new springs off as my clamps are crap and its my 1st ever attempt at fitting new brakes lol

Got a local garage? They'll probably swap the springs (if shocks already off car) for a tenner or something, I hate spring compressors and now just do that, was only charged a fiver.

As for brakes, not sure what to suggest, everyone has a first time doing it tbh...best to get them checked before using it though.
