Hi Guys,
Ive got some decent roof bars for my 5 door but the bolts supplied are too small for the holes in the car. Does anyone know what size they should be? Im thinking M6x1.25 and 20mm long with round heads. Cheers Sam

These my roof bars? If so they fitted with the bolts I supplied
Try pushing the captive nut up into its hex hole

Nope these are some 5 door ones. Bought bars for both cars.

Nah they are M8 bolts buddy iirc (13mm hex head)
And yeah a rounded head is a good idea as a standard bolt head lifts the rubber seal up and makes it look rubbish! Wishes for more power...

I managed to find some in my odds and sods draw so they must be a regular size

Just ordered some M8 20mm round flanged hex headed bolts off ebay. £2.90 for 10.
