Turbo now really loud

I replaced the gasket at the inlet due to a boost leak, I lost power, I checked it today and it turns out I didn't tighten up a bolt enough and a jubilee clip was loose, now that's all tight my turbo sounds really loud and it's like you can hear a lot of air being sucked in, that sort of noise. The power seems to have come back though.
