Done properly plate welded and fiber glassed grill not just full of filler

I would paint It wouldn't expect body shop quality as you may be disappointed but Id say I get a good finish all done with compressor and gun no rattle cans from Halfords that are 4 shades out

Underside is Diablo but if it's painted underside will be done too
