Knocking

Hi Guys

So over the last couple of days i have noticed that when i push my clutch peddle down I can feel a Knock through it

Its never done it before but it seams to only do it when the car is in motion if its parked and you do it then there is no knocking at all??

Any light on the situation wouold be greatful

Gearbox side engine mount possibly?

Could be the release bearing. Mine did the same
