It doesn't owe me much money so it's all good. I just hope the down pipe is at the correct angle as one of the bolts accidentally got welded up.

I thought about doing this. Can get the manifolds cheap enough so might as well, saves a lot of time!

Precisely and let's face it this particular turbo is rare so I'd never get to find another with that housing so I could just put in another cartridge if it does blow.

I did something similar with my td04 on a k14 manifold.
Although i did allow some adjustment. I cut the bolt pattern off a broken k14 turbo, cut the elongated triangle off a td04 and welded those together then bolted it to the manifold....
