Can anybody tell me what the Service intervals are on my '52' Plate 306 1.8 Cab ?

I personally change my oil etc at around every 5-6k

Not sure of the exact intervals for your vehicle though.

It is worth getting a haynes manual though it should have alot of information etc in there.

1.8 is a great engine, I serviced mine every 10k. It depends on what type of mileage you are doing, motorway or short town trips. Obviously I would think about doing at 7k if you're doing short trips. But they do plod along quite happily for up to 15-20k in my experience without any loss of performance
