Just to revive this rather than start another thread, there is a gates kit on egay at 78 including waterpump, but apparently gates don't do a waterpump so its a Key/ firstline waterpump the seller says.
Any use? If not what waterpump is recommended?

Firstline stuff is mediocre in my experience, the engine mounts amd bushes ive had didnt last very long. Personally id go for dayco.

Genuine kit from Peugeot is £115 inc vat.
Belt, pulley, water pump.
Seems like a good deal to me.

Contitech is another good brand of belt, most of them all use skf or ina bearings in there pulleys anyway, and QH is good for waterpumps if you come across them.

I only fit gates belts at work, they are the best quality and oem for most manufactures.
First line pumps are ok as long as there the ones with the brass impeller.

Get the pump from Peugeot or ones they use, any other is not worth the risk.
