Here up for sale is my very loved 306 hdi meridian.
its going to be a shame to let her go but I cover 2 miles a day going to work and back if that. so its probably costing me more to own a diesel. im looking to buy a gti6 or possibly a rallye!
a bit about the car.
Moonstone blue, body good condition apart from dint on rear under boot (quoted £60) odd age related marks to be expected.
Engine good and strong pulls like a train on 108k will keep going up but very very slowly. its been on 108k since going down to fcs.
could benefit from cambelt as was done around 70k.
Service book isnt stamp iirc but plenty of paper work.
Serviced at 104k with filters and oil (castrel) by my self.
Just uploaded a stage 1 mr whippy map file, makes massive difference to the car.
Has full straight through stainless exhaust.
has 283mm brakes up front from 307hdi (exactly same as gti6 without price tag).
Bonnet and boot badge paint anthracite and purple.
also has spoiler painted in anthracite.
roof and door pillars wrapped in anthracite to match.
All dash painted purple.
Half leathers in good condition with a bit of wear on bolster.
Currently on 17" aidel alloys which was powdercoated in dark graphite grey with 2 brand new toyo proxies t1r up front and enduro runway on rear. Wheels have 15mm spacers all around with stud conversion and toyota style nuts.
all in wheels alone owe me over £600
.
Under the bonnet I have painted engine cover, air box and battery box in moonstone. Topped of with strut brace powdercoated in graphite grey.
had lower crank pulley fitted at 107k in may, I also fitted new aux belt and removed aircon pump.
it had new valeo clutch kit last year.
bad bits...
bit of wear on drivers bolster but can only be seen up close. I use this stuff that hides it very well!
few paint chips on bonnet, odd little scratches.
dint on rear under bonnet, but tbh no one notices till it gets pointed out.
trying to find things to add to bad bits but its just me being picky about little marks.
ive owned the car since January, its been my best car so far never once let me down! its the best driving 306 ive owned and been in! no knocks bangs or anything to be aware off. great on fuel never uses oil or water, never gets hot always sits nice around 70c.
I gave her a full valet in july for French car show including clay! so body work feels lovely to touch and she had a top up in September for trax.
when cleaned up she sits pretty!
im after £1200 without the wheels as im planning on getting gti6 or rallye!
located in Nottingham...
will upload photos when im on my phone.
