Not sure where to post this but figured this thread was a good start. Someone with a few years NCB might want this 406 coupe. Saw it on ebay and it made me have a crisis, but £1300 to insure for me isn't far off twice what i currently pay. Only £500 though and looks so nice for something that's not a 306.

They are epic! Amazingly, I was looking at them before my Saab, but my current insurer refused to cover me on the V6 model.

They are amazing cars if you can get one without faults (the only things that work on mine are the warning lights)
Theres curently a V6 on autotrader for less than £500

ive never tried to get single figures!
Apparently though, with some power mods on these saabs, youll struggle NOT to get single figures!

Get 25mpg average out of mine, thats mostly urban driving with the odd moorland thrash. V6's are dirt cheap these days, mines pretty mint and cost me less than £800. Worlds apart from the 306 in terms of build quality too! I do love mine but its too "mature" for me TBH, want to chop it in for a 205 GTI this year hopefully.
