iPhone 4 or Samsung

Hey guys,

It's my 22nd today so I'm going to treat myself and get a slightly newer phone as I currently have a iPhone 3G which SUCKS!

I've been offered an iPhone 4 for £100 but with all the craze around Samsungs atm I wondered if theres anything half decent for around £200?

I only really have 1 criteria - it must be able to emulate PS1 games (FF7/8/9 ftw)!

Anyone have any suggestions?

With a reasonably small budget like yours id stick with the iphone4, a lot of phone for £100 tbh.
