Broken chair

My 3 door chair doesn't recline, the handle pulls up a little but nothing happens it locked solid into place, what am I looking at underneath? Is this a common problem with an easy fix? As I'm starting to hate being sat in the same position haha

its cable operated, slide it forward to see if tilt hooks are releasing from the runners---if not then take the seat out and take the backrest cover off to see whats not moving ??

There is a bar in the back, as you pull the handle to tilt it only tilts one side, as its snapped on the other, not clear on how it's snapped through, the sharp edge where I presumed it's snapped from doesn't line up
